Your float height should be 24mm.

        Greetings and Salutations!!

        Hi Mr. trucker1,

Did you properly rebuild the carbs? The aftermarket "carb kits" are known to be incomplete and contain inferior parts. All you need is an O-ring kit from http://cycleorings.com, a bucket of carb dip, and the proper procedures. Re-use all the metal OEM carb parts, replacing only what is worn or defective with OEM parts. See the guides on my little website.
