    Won't Idle without Choke

So, my bike won't idle without the choke in. I haven't touched any adjuster screws, and the intake boots are rock hard. Or maybe it's the pilot jets?

Just a guess, but I'd try catching up on 33 years of neglected maintenance.

Please don't guess at it, just start from the beginning of the recommended maintenance.
