From the title, I thought this would be a discussion of supplemental fiber.

A word of caution; Wear EYE PROTECTION when spraying carburetor cleaner! One day I was cleaning some carburetors. I had the little tube they give you pushed into a orifice, pushed the spray valve. BAM! A direct shot of carburetor cleaner in my eye! I ran to the garden hose to flush out my eye. Right then a lady pulled into my driveway to pick up her kid. So here I am trying to talk to this lady, with my eye red as a tomato, my nose running, sniffling. "Your daughter was a very nice guest to have over..." The kid never did come back, must have been the motorcycles... ☺

Picked up some of the Eagle One spray and did a test run on an old cruddy bowl. This is the result after a timed 30 minute soak. Im thinking this just may be the solution....fingers crossed.

Holy cow, I did the same exact thing, except while trying to blindy stagger to the bathroom in my fathers garage, I whacked my shin on a lawnmower, fell and dislocated my shoulder.

Have never had the unfortunate experience of cleaner in the eye but i do know that it doesn't taste very good.

My experience with carbs is that they are designed in such manner so that no matter where you spray cleaner in them, there is a passage way that always sprays it back towards your face.

These two bowls look almost identical to me. What am I missing?

Was that just a small spot cleaning or was the bowl filled and let sit for 3 hours? If filled, then that's not very clean.

30 minute soak in just that area or the whole bowl? If it was the whole bowl then it didn't do much.
