82 gs650 driving me nuts. Smoke/backfires, only runs on choke

Blue can be oil
valve stem seals - will sip some oil
gas in oil- how's your oil level?

Some fuel did get into the oil when I was working on getting my carbs set up correctly. Had an issue with a couple float needles and ended up replacing them. I did completly drain the oil and replace with new oil and new oil filter.

Small update: Worked on the bike this weekend, just aesthetics, but did start the bike and let it warm up. I took some a couple videos (see below) of the smoke at idle and revving up to 1/4 throttle.

Usually if it smokes on acceleration or constant throttle, it's valve guide seals. If it smokes on decel it's rings.
