Anyone know the diameter of the starter O-ring for an 82 GS850? Need to replace it. Need to know what material I should get as well....Any help would be great. Thanks

You can get an OEM replacement from Boulevard Suzuki for a buck plus shipping.

It's 24mm ID, but I don't remember the thickness. (2.0 or 2.5mm, probably, but don't rely on that.) A few seconds with a caliper should sort that out.
A regular buna-n o-ring will be fine for this application -- you don't need Viton here.1983 GS850G, Cosmos Blue.
