    Universal controls. Button question.

Purchased this set of controls. Does anyone know what the button on the back is?

Horn maybe? Is this left or right hand control? Looking at it it's hard to tell, no paperwork came with it to tell you?

I think if you look in the owner's manual, it says you can set it up for machine guns or missles.

Probably a high beam flasher for passing - My BMW has one in that location.

The "flash to pass" buttons I have seen have been on the back side of the switch, not hidden in a notch like the one in the picture.

Guess it's a matter of deductive reasoning. Is it a toggle or momentary switch? Use it for whatever you need, just pay attention to how many amps you're trying to push through it.

Probably a panic button to give you something to press when the cage driver doesn't hear your horn or see your lights. lol

Gonna need more info. That device could be for the clutch side or the brake side.

And that widget that looks like a button might not be a button.

If it really is a button, I suppose I could imagine some arrangement where it's the switch for the clutch or brake lever, but it would require the matching lever with some sort of projection that pokes the button. It doesn't look like anything I've ever seen, but then again I certainly haven't seen everything.
