PB Blaster stinks and heated PB Blaster reeks.

Definitely, hope to resolve it without the heat though, I'll give it another day or two of PB treatment.

Not yet, just back from vacation, and back at it. Still putting a bit of PB Blaster on the screw top, but patience is running thin Going to try the torch soon. Worst case scenario, Fortnine has them new for $250 Canadian.

impact driver can help. They can be adapted down to take a small socket if you can fit a small socket to the bolt...If you break or cut the long bolt, replacements can be found or you can make your own-thread some rod.
