Hi Flo HF133 filters are very popular and come with o-rings. I think K&N is just a rebadged HF133. Bought a 3-pk a while ago. I've used Emgo's before, seemed OK, didn't come with new O-rings.
Yes, you can get Fram filters at many auto parts stores, but their reputation is not particularly good. They're probably just fine. I don't think they come with o-rings.
