Is there a specific valve stem I would need to fit my front rim? It is the 19" spoked style. Didn't know if there was different sizes or styles.

Nope, at least not if the wheel is original.
The fiche shows a wire spoke front wheel for the TXZ. You must use a tube with a wire spoked wheel. The tire valve is part of the tube.

If you don't know when the tube was changed last, install a new tube and new rim strip.
The tire might be marked tubeless or tube/tubeless, but a wire spoke rim always requires a tube (there are a few modern exceptions, but we'll ignore those -- a GS with spokes needs tubes).
However, the TX had a cast front wheel. It came from the factory with a tube. It might have been converted to tubeless at some point, or perhaps your bike is wearing a TX wheel.
