hard starting when hot
1982 gs850, works fine except after a drive won't turn over fast enough to start. let it cool down10 mins and its fine. new battery last fall, any ideas?[-o<Tags: None -

Dead spot in starter. Try pushing the starter rapidly a couple times even when hot. That will turn it past dead spot. Consider replacing brushes or starter. Your call. Or just wait til it cools off. -

I'd check connections between the battery and starter, heat will make a bad wire or connection worse or fail all together.Comment
