    1985 GS1150ES stock with 85 Red E bodywork.

      Finally, a simple question with a simple answer... :-D

      (And yes, it's #3 on a '79. #2 on 1980+)

        I guessed right.

        started off with no hoses--run on prime--sometimes,
        installed new petcock-- wanted it to be right.

        now new o-rings on the carb intakes.

        tomorrow-- change insturment cluster -- then start er up and see how it runs--will only be in the 50's tomorrow afternoon, so just a short ride down the road--maybe 17 miles to town, if warm enough.
        I'm a pansy now, used to ride to school in the snow up in the NW when I was a kid, but that was 40 + years ago.
