Just bought my bike, and I noticed there looks like something is missing in the wiring at the tail light. See linked pic below. Is this a missing fuse that has been wired around?

That's part of a fuse holder, but it's not a Suzuki part.
Some long-abandoned and probably ill-advised wiring modification, I'd guess.1983 GS850G, Cosmos Blue.
