        me too

        my 83 gs750e does the same thing only mine does it at idle and a few rpms above idle. any chance this is something to do with the timing chain ? mine is also coming from the left hand side as your sitting on the bike

          Matt, as this is such an old thread, you might be better off to make your own in the engine section so people can see and respond to this better. Also, introduce yourself in the GS Owners so you can get Basscliff's welcome.
