Did you clean all of your connections?
Sorry, I mean a tune up. (I tried to make a yoke
).
It is hard to tell sometimes on this video. I got complements on the sound of my Gixxer and it had two pilot jets compeletly plugged and would hardly idle.
Sorry, adjust valves, balance carbs

I had checked the valves and they were within spec.
I'm going to pull the plugs and see how they look.
I checked 4 exhaust pipes and they seem to be about the same temp so it seems to be firing on all four.
I can rev it up and it doesn't miss or spit, just a little rough.
Hopefully new plugs and a carb balance will bring her back.
Only change I made from before the work was change the main jets from 117 back to 112.5 stock size. Never could figure who put the wrong ones in.
Bike has stock pipes,airbox and filter and has for the 6 years I've had her.Doug aka crag antler

sounds to me like it is not running on all 4 cylinders. Again hard to tell by the video nut that is my take.Comment

How does it pull? Strong at all rpms or weak then strong? Or strong then weak?
I spent years thinking my 81 1100E was going to blow up any minute because of how it sounded, truth was it was fine. I say pull the plugs like you are going to do and see how they look. If they look good, and it pulls hard at all speeds, synch the carbs and call it good. These bikes make all sorts of strange noises, you can drive yourself crazy worrying about them.Currently bikeless
