you could try the Neighbor-be-gone spray, haven't seen it around in a while though! lol If you don't have any around there, just use a normal plant mister type spray bottle. Run towards him spraying it yelling "shoo neighbor, bad neighbor, git git!"

maybe ignoring him will make him get bored and go home though. lmao

Give him a bucket of parts and tell him to start building his own?

Make sure that GT550 is safe before shooing him away.

This guy is X military, 5th degree black belt and has beat cancer twice. I love him to death, but he is the biggest pain in the A$$ you ever want to meet . He has every story you never wanted to hear only when you are in the middle of like putting cams in your head or adjusting your valves or cant get a bolt started .
You are in the middle of a Craiglist boat sale he starts putting in his two cents. I will miss him dearly when he is gone

                          Hi Mr. anthonygs1000,

                          Thanks for introducing your neighbor.

I don't think I would mind having a neighbor like him. He seems like an OK guy.

                          Thank you for your indulgence,

                          BassCliff
