What size are the carb float bowl screws length and diameter/threadpitch thanks so much guys!!

M4x16 bowl size as well as top. -
The early VM (slide) carbs use M4 screws.
If your bike has the later BS (CV style) carbs, the screws are M5X14 on the bowls, M5X16 for the tops. (Standard M5 thread pitch, which is 0.8mm).
You can just get a box of M5X16 stainless allen head screws and use them for all. You might need a washer on one of the bowl screws if it contacts the throttle bracket.1983 GS850G, Cosmos Blue.
