Twinpot Brake upgrade on 78 Skunk

The CBR900RR rotors I bought were from a 95 model. They are NOT a direct bolt-on, but they ARE the correct bolt spacing. Instead of using Saltymonk's template to drill new holes, you just need to enlarge the existing, which I prefer. Neither is a bad option, but if you're able to get the 900, I'd recommend it. This is the style I have on my GS1000.

Funny to see that pic from a couple years ago, Rudy.
It was a Kerker header with a Yosh muffler. Both since replaced with a stock system.

I may need some. Right now I am trying to find a pair of forks in good shape on fleabay. Spending this much time and money on a project, I do not want pitted chrome. Will this work for the other 80's forks with dual brakes and anti-dive units? I think you can disable the units.. right?

The kit worked fine on my 82 1100E. I disabled my anti-dive units by removing the brake line from the caliper to the anti-dive unit and plugging the hole with a shortened banjo bolt. When I strip the forks down for maintenance next spring I will be installing block off plates and removing the anti-dive unit completely.
