    I'll post some pics tomorrow........

I have the front end on the bike, but I need to cut the upper fairing for my clubman's to clear it.....

I also need to get down to the junk yard first thing in the morning to get the proper brake rotors for my front wheel........

I finally got my Dynatek coils and wires, but I have to look up the wiring diagram and make custom brackets to bolt the coils on.....

I removed the stock airbox in pieces, and have my K&N Pods installed

The 4to1 header needs to be spot welded, installed, then driven down to the exhaust shop to weld the pipe and muffler on........my GSXR750 muffler has been gutted

I have NO gauges yet, but all the lights are working.......so I'll put it all back together tomorrow and hopefully be riding Sunday

I'm sure you'll figure it out. I have two tanks that have the 'well' that I would need to weld in to mount a later model cap, but since my current 550 tank is already treated with a POR sealer, I don't want to re-do it. But finding a 550 gas cap with a matching key is driving me nuts.

The rear tire now is a 140/70-17 Qualifier Sportmax
The stock rear WAS a 110/90-18 Dunlop D404

    I'm liking it too!!!

    GSXR600 Passenger Pegs/Hangers

I spent 2 hours this afternoon and was able to complete this job.....

I spent $40 on the rear pegs/hangers shipped off of ebay from a 2005? GSXR600

I removed the side covers, grab bar, and rear seat/tail light cowling. These hangers will bolt almost perfectly in the place of the forward grab handle bolt hole and the forward tail section bolt hole! I had to trim my tail section plastic and had to ream out the forward hole on the rear hangers.....I used all existing hardware! I trimmed the rear tail to make room for the hangers to go through the plastic....I'll get close-ups when I get my new camera in a few weeks....

here are some pictures with the GSXR750 rear muffler mocked up too!

From the pic I would say he would, unless he wanted to cut the mounting hole for it in the tank and weld tabs inside the tank to bolt it to
