Cannot find "air mixture screws", "idle mixture screws".... whatever there called. cannot find them online or locally. does anyone have any tips for finding them.

You also need to go get the tap for the holes & clean up those threads before you risk ruining the new screws. I have the tap & have used it MANY times! Ray.Comment

i do have a few taps, different sizes. i've used them on other striped screws before and they seem to do the job good unless you dont think mine will work and you more recommend yours.Comment

It is a SPECIFIC size & fine thread pitch but I can't remember exactly what it is. Something in the neighborhood of 6mm x .5 or .75 thread pitch. Or maybe even 5mm, I'm not sure. If you take a GOOD screw to a machine tools store, they will hook you up. Ray.Comment
