    About front brake master cylinder

If change my master cylinder on the handlebar to a 2007 Hayabusa, Will there be any improvment with standard calipers?

    What is the piston diameter?
If it is smaller it will improve the braking, as long as the lines are good...

    You do have braided lines?

Try putting on braided hoses before you do anything else - you'll be surprised at the difference.

The OE rubber lines are supposed to be replaced every two years.

Might as well just buy the parts to make stainless lines. It's dead simple, and the improvement is vast, at least for me. Plus, you don't have to keep replacing them.
