    Looks like a machined spacer for the rear sprocket is going to be needed. If it is, I'd do it stepped inside and out to get positive location.

      back to using a spacer, should be easy enough using washers to get the length then have a aluminum ring machined. Maybe longer bolts as well.

        Next question is .. does anyone have experience with selecting a 520 chain ring that fits the oem hub? Say oem amount of teeth and/or 2 up or down? I suppose talking to suppliers I can get some answers but thought id see if anyone here can give me a starting point or advice. Thanks

          here's a 1 year only 18x4.5 wheel with a 160 on it....bought the bike like this.
          i believe the front is a GS500 wheel...they match anyways..
