Well, I am committed to the cafe path now.
I ordered a set of pods from Ebay.
With such a huge financial investment I am obviously determined to bring the bike back as a stumpy-bum cafe jobbie.

In the meantime, and please forgive my straying from The One True Path, I bought this on the weekend and proceeded to put 1100+ kms (660+ miles) on it over the Snowy Mountains.

 Hahaha thanks guys.

Charlie, I sacrificed many, many bugs on the way home.
I rode with the visor up for about 100k's because I couldn't see through it. then the sunnies got blocked too.
The twisty road included the Alpine Way over Mt Kosciuszko, Australia's highest mountain, and the Mansfield-Whitfield Road..
Google them and say "Awww" a lot.

Raid3n, Etch, Pete.. Yes, my shame has no end.
 Although the thing really boogies.

Pete.. The pods are ebay Ram-Flo rip offs.

I looked them up. Looks like a great ride. Watched a 6min. video of Mansfield road. It's not the outback I imagined.Originally posted by Leigh View PostHahaha thanks guys.

Pete.. They were all of $40 delivered, so if they cause an issue I'm not too far out of pocket. I figured on rejetting anyway.

Charlie.. No, Mansfield is in the Victorian High Country, not too much "outback" there.

Aaaah in that case all good, that's less than one of my K&N'sOriginally posted by Leigh View PostPete.. They were all of $40 delivered, so if they cause an issue I'm not too far out of pocket. I figured on rejetting anyway.

If you do ever decide to go the K&N route, don't go to Z Power, go to www.slipstreamperformance.com.au. They're not on their website but email or call them and they can get them and they were $20 each cheaper per pod for mine...1982 GS450E - The Wee Beastie
