Chuck:It is my winter project so I'm not in a rush here.Gathering parts. You really want to see this with stock E style brakes don't you? I need a stock style MC for this,16mm I think.Have one? I'd pay you for it.Could get a new one but it would not be the round style.Thank you for this very generous offer.
Hoosier:IIRC the spacing of the 2 valves motors are different than the 4 valves.Am I right or wrong on this?

Greg, I just checked the P/N on the lowers. the 'C' and 'EC' use different lowers on the left. you'll need both EC lowers to add dual discs.

is the wheel drilled for dual discs?

                Rain and cold? yep!

yes I have both lowers. I have three sets of forks to be exact. One very good set Chuck sent me, the 2~3 footers I bought off Ebay and the rusty set that came with the bike.

If the old married couple have stopped bickering. The rain stopped so I got the wheel off.Drilled and tapped. If they weren't I think I'd have given up on this idea.I really want to do this as this will be a 2 up bike for me and the wife.Dale:you think the lowers would polish up?Got the stuff to do it.

yes they will polish nicely. spray them with paint stripper to remove all the clear. a light hand sanding with some 600 and polish away.
