What is the idea of the pivot bushings, I thought the stock swing arm axle would fit the new swing arm, looks like that is going straight through the new swing arm.
Bike is looking great!!Comment

What is your headstock rake? You can adjust it by raising and lowering the rear end. Somewhere in the 23-25 degree range is good for handling - quick steering but not nervous. A little bit of front wheel weight bias is a good thing, like 51-52% front and 48-49% rear.Last edited by Guest; 11-13-2012, 08:01 PM.Comment

I had a machine shop make me a pair of swing arm pivot bushings and a new swing arm bolt. We cut the old ones out and welded the new ones in. I went from a 750E to an 1100E swing arm.Comment

Looks great. Our conversions will have one thing in common, Alro supplied steel. I work at their Oshkosh branch.Comment
