Yup, the ones from cruzin are tight. Gotta squeeze them in a bit but they do go in. Be certain the ends of the wavyring do not overlap. Must be endbto end.

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

Even after Steve and I tried to force them to be end to end, we could not get them to seat properly so we could slide the cylinders down. We then removed the Cruzinimage oil separators and reused the old ones, again making sure they did not overlap. Unfortunately we now have this issue. It will be a couple of months before I can go at it again. In the meantime, she will make a trip out to my place in the next few weeks to ride it as is here to get some parking lot work in. We'll watch the oil consumption and start back in on it later this winter

You do know you can dremel the ends a little to get a good fit...easy does it though. Set them in the cylinder and get about 12/1000 gap at the ends and youre in.

So with some sadness but also wisdom behind it, Charmayne chose to sell her bike today to a guy near where she lives now. With two kids and just life in general, it has sat in her garage since I took it out to her a few years ago. She said she'll look at something else way off in the future, maybe even a Spyder, who knows.

I told the guy about this forum although he was more interested in the Facebook pages instead
