And thanks for showing me how the cams are properly put on. And the cam chain adjusted. And valves adjusted. And everything else.

The valves are adjusted, clutch installed with oil pump gear, stator cover with different stator installed with idle gear, put the motor in the frame, installed counter sprocket and chain, ran wiring for oil sensor/temp, installed gear indicator and cleaned gasket surface for valve cover.
Tomorrow I will put on the pipe, valve cover, solder in stator, install ignition, jet and install carbs, new petcock on tank, adjust chain and beat the crap out of it.
Drain oil and change filter and let cool and then check the valve clearance.
          DONE!
Edit: Re-Torque the head after cooled also.

Uhh... yeah.... When half throttle from a stop starts to bring the front end off the ground... to the point that I have to lean all the way forward to stop it from coming up... yeah. I'd say it's a runner.

You're the king of understatement, Bill.

                And that's an understatement.

Bike rolled out of the garage today.
                  Another successful build.
Customer is happy and so am I.
He's taking it to Death Valley today and I hope he has a good and safe trip.
