That's what it looked like to me. Freaky to see your oil inlet half restricted by crud!

Cooo-oool! I think Rob (azr) posted that earlier this year, and I liked it then. What a wonder some paint and detail work can do. Nice job.
Did i spy a fork seal leaking ever so slightly?

Good eye. They were both weeping slightly, the left more than the right, but seem to have stopped since my longish ride. Maybe they're like Ohlins, they start to cry if sat stationary too long.

Snuck out my Project GS for a quick ride today...

... the muffler must have thought that the ride wasn't quick enough since it departed ship along the way!

Luckily, it didn't sustain much damage on its solo trip down the street... just a few scrapes and some minor road-rash on the ends. It's back on the bike now (for how long?!?) but I have to admit, it sounded REALLY GOOD running just the straight pipe on it. Maybe the fiberglass packing needs to mysteriously disappear at some point.

Thanks Rob, I really dig it too! I'm hoping to have it legally on the road soon... er, the above photos were of a professional rider on a closed course, by the way. Yeah, that's the ticket!

The Fourteen is leaving on Thursday so the GS should be ready for a real ride on Friday. Not sure about the muffler however...

                              Thanks!

I had been second-guessing my choice of tank decal recently... I liked it a lot at first but a little less every day thereafter, so was forced to do this today:

                              Better? Worse? Meh?

Ok, that last pic was seriously blurry... Trevor, teach me the ways of taking good iPhone pictures!!!

Plan to have it out tomorrow to see the new look in natural light.... and to make sure the muffler is secure now!
