I head into Mishawaka just about every week for one thing or another.....more options for food.
Next time you think you might head into Elkhart, try to let me know ahead of time and I can give your group a peak in the shed with all my projects.

Definitely nothing very good in my area for entertaining riding....I have one road that I ride that goes north along a river for about a 30 mile stretch that I enjoy....thats about it though.
Not sure where I would trailer to......actually use my van as its easier than a trailer.

Trailer down to Brown County. Lot of good twisty roads down there. There is a rally down there every year in June. You should consider coming. No GS required, lol.

Out of the 4 stroke building loop for a while.
Rebuilt my Suzuki RGV VJ21 and VJ23, along with my RZV500R and just recently my 73 Suzuki TM powered TS400.

Have a few small items I need to do on some older projects this year, but I think my skunk 78 GS1000 is going to be next on the table.
        …A bike I have owned for 17 years now….

Put a set of new AM22-AM23 tires on my other set of EPM wheels. Had a rear rotor carrier made to use my Kosman rotor. Front wheels are using first generation Kosman floating rotors with AP Lockheed calipers and GS1100 swingarm… will try to fit at some point my Cal-Fab swingarm.
…much more test fitting to go before I tear it all apart and, and then do final build…

                Thanks.
It says I’m a newby…but I’ve been here for probably 10 years. Somehow my account got deleted by inactivity or something. Bit of a break this weekend, but will be back at it a little more next week getting oil cooler mount figured, and a seat foam cut to shape

Hard to believe it’s been almost 10 years since the last time my black GS was out in the sun…

Wow, hard to believe indeed. Seems like it was just a little bit ago.

Oil cooler mounting suggestion: mount it upside down and run the lines on top of the engine in the gas tank tunnel.
1982 GS1100E V&H "SS" exhaust, APE pods, 1150 oil cooler, 140 speedo, 99.3 rear wheel HP, black engine, '83 red

2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.

To each, his own, brother. I put my cooler fittings on top, because I wanted the cooler to retain the oil in it during off time, and used black braided lines for a "stealth" look. I get wanting a wrap around arrangement as well.

I’ll do it the way Yoshimura did it back in the day.
