Piece at a time, piece at a time. Lookin' good, Chuck. Curious as to why you painted the seat trim red. Won't that look a bit odd bumping into the tail section and side covers..? Can't wait to see it with the fairing. Keep the pics coming.

Tires ordered today. Im leaning toward the "EUROPEAN" style bars on Z1 website.

Today i got te tach cable on, both front calipers mounted, added the vintage Henry Abe breadbox air cleaner, and just got home from using a buddies tire machine to put new rubber on the beast.

No big progress lately. I hand sanded down the chain guard this morning and found a 78C model rear rim to salvage the rotor off of. Ill have it sand blasted and repaint it and hopefully this solves the problem of getting the rear caliper to set in far enough to be able to bolt it to the bracket. It is a full half inch smaller than the one i put on so im thinking this is the correct rotor this time.

I did get the package. I am now saving money to get another front master cuclinder. Seems i will need to go with an 80 G mocel master because they still make rebuild kits for it. Then again i may go with a rectangular one from a dual disc 80s model. Havent really decided though.
