    Tubeless Valve Stems

I recently bought one along with a new set of tyres... Seems like it's the wrong one for the 82 GS850 / 650 Front wheel. Diameter is too big.

Anyone got a link for one they know for sure is the correct one?

New on the left, old on the right. Dia is about 8.5mm all the way down, the other is about 11.5mm at the base & fits a standard modern wheel.

You can get 'em at any Napa auto parts store -- as you've learned, most car valve stems are too wide.

This should be it -- $3.19 each at my store:
    http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/Ca...416_0215255096

If that link borks, search napaonline.com for part number NTH 90416

Of course, moto shoppes sell these for two or three times the money.

Just to make sure this one is cleared up & doesn't mislead anyone.

I went to Napa & the ordered the part in by part number but it is wrong, that is the same as the one I have already (incidentally 90416 fits the 1150 wheel I have fine).

        This is the correct one:

        http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/Re...Dp%3d3%26N%3d0

Napa part number 90426 just one number different.

              cartridge emulator adapters

On a previous post you said you could provide adapters for mikesxe cartridges emulators. Give me the details. A question though. Do you know if the adapters Race Tech has in their inventory would work with the emulator from mikesxs?

Here's another option. Makes it easier to check air pressure

I wanted to thank you guys for posting this. Had my wheels at the local shop and they didn't have the right valve stem. They were going to order the OEM valves for $18 each, but luckily there's a NAPA right by. Ordered a few 90426's for less than $8 total

I'll be happy to have my freshly powder coated wheels with Shinko 712's ready to go for my GS650G build

Haha. They are still at the shop waiting for the valve stems (they weren't in stock). I'll get pictures once I get them on the bike. I'll do a build thread at some point too, once I get a little closer to finishing it (so much more work to do).

I just wanted to thank you guys again. Got the valves in for about $25 less than OEM. Tires are on and she's ready to rock (once everything else gets done).
