Errrrmmmmm.... sorry, not ringing any bells in my Suzuki/Honda brain cells.

Took me a minute to notice it's a 21" wheel.
The grease zerk below the axle is interesting.

Are the threads in the cable fittings, etc. metric?
Any markings at all on or in the hub? There may be some markings somewhere on the rim, too.

Bikes are dangerous enough without riding on some crappy handling bobber with brakes out of the 1940's.

Look inside. You may find some info like a manufacturer logo cast into the hub.

After some thinking last night I am not going to build a bobber. I agree with ED it came with a matching back spoke wheel and I realized the L frame I wanted to use also has issues.

Still, it might be worth figuring out what it is. Could mean a few bucks on fleaBay. Are the bearings inch or metric?

+1. You never know what something might be worth to someone else. If that is something special it might finance a good chunk of another project.

I rubbed the cobwebs off the outer lip and it's a Takasago 21" 160ax21" wheel 3j103 I listed it on Craigslist local and a guy offered me $40 for it

That's the rim. You might want to try to inspect the hub closer to see if there are any manufacturer's marks.
