GS1100E Fork Oil Capacity

Hi all,

My GS750L apparently has 1983(?) GS1100E forks (dial on the bottom, with air valve in the middle). I unfortunately can't find a service manual for this motorcycle -- does anyone happen to know how much fork oil needs to go in these forks?

Oil capacity 238cc, air gap or oil level 216mm from the top of the inner tube with it fully collapsed without the spring.
