Charging issues help and troubleshoiting

Here’s an update: After several crimping and wire attempts, the Electrolux stator and sh-775 per Nessism ( thank you!) are installed, the voltage shows an acceptable if not great 13.62 at idle. I’m continuing to clean up contacts and grounds as I go through my bike, and as soon as the ricks stator cover gasket arrives, I can take the 82 out for some rest riding .
Thanks to you all , especially Rich and Nessism for the links, support, and advice️now I can get on to fixing other faults and digging into the forum.

13.62 VDC is good for idle. Rev the engine up until the voltage stops climbing. It should be 14.0 - 14.5 at max.

The voltage climbs steadily with throttle applied, I haven’t run the bike much or applied heavy throttle charging check until I replace the weeping stator gasket. I will be sure to apply plenty of revs while I’m out “testing” the bike around town when I don’t drip like a Harley

9/21 Took the Suzuki out on Sunday and ride 20 fun miles. before The bike stopped starting.
9/21 The electrical system is operating ok, output 13.46 vdc warm at idle. SIt climbs steadily as you wind the engine. My tach is inop, and I have a 4-1 exhaust that’s screaming loud so I can’t sustain revving high for long to get a leveled off measurement. The electrical system is operational as far as I can test.
9/24 removed stator gasket. Flywheel crank nut( which I had torqued to 117ft lbs per Suzuki manual, no retaining sleeve compound) had come loose,and one roller bearing of the starter clutch fell out, since its spring had bound and not engaged. I now have gouges in my crankshaft. Here’s a pic
I will be carefully hand filing the gouges, getting a rotor from my parts bike, and. Using plenty of green retaining sleeve compound when I install. And pray to the motorcycle gods it works .
