    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

    Here is a laugh for you all..... So i was looking for the test plug on my 650 the other day. Didnt see it. Looked at my gs250. Didnt see it. Looked at my 550s. Found it lol i thought my 650 was my 550...... And i was sober looking lol. Was a long day and my brain wasnt working.

    Thats the 1 i was thinking of doing. At least to start as it will have the correct adapter. Maybe do a different gage if the orginal 1 fails.

    anyone ever mod the stock oil pressure plate to make a spot for an oil presuure gauge? or is there an adapter T to keep the stock switch and put in a gauge? im asking because i want to be able to see my oil pressure all the time. i know it may sound weird but i want to see how as the oil gets...

    im just guessing if you wanted you could use a 70s up to 79 550 case with kick and do the 650 top end and have a kick. im no expert just my guess.

    if you havent seen in the racing section i drag race my 78 550e. puttong a wheelie bar on it for an event this weekend. love the 550 as it "feels" like it makes a lot of power and keeps me out of trouble on the street lol.

    basicly bracket racing is saying a time that you will be trapping at or close to without going faster. so say like me for example last event i was running about 14.7 and i was saying id run 14.65 so i never went faster than my said time and the 9 second sled leaves the line after a few seconds...

    ok well good for you. i did my 1st event with no wheelie bar and i strugled with wheelies coming up too high. dont know if i mentioned that. thats another reason i wanted to go to a wheelie bar. also again, its my daily street bike, not set up much at all for the track,
