    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

    Kawasaki H2 750

I like the Kawasaki slanted the way you have it, it makes the bike look faster and matches the angle of the forks. The way it came stock looks a little conflicted, like the bike doesn't know whether it's coming or going Maybe they thought it was 'edgy'? If anything maybe you could lift the...

    Kawasaki H2 750

Just a minuuuute bubbalouie! The 'Kawasaki' emblems are on the wrong sides! I knew the angles should have matched.

It actually wouldn't but I'm wrong anyway, they're supposed to lean forwards, not backwards, I checked.

    Kawasaki H2 750

The 750 decals do look like they're on the wrong covers though. That bike looks bloody fantastic! Good job and good for your family!

Need info on Hagon #2810 adjustable shocks

My Hagons are going strong for a couple years now. My son is quite a bit heavier now than when I got them, and they still don't complain. I got them from Dave Quinn Motorcycles.

What the hell, or the strange things some people will waste money on

What the frappuccino... I'm going to go out on a limb and call this 'visionary'. I love it. I don't see how it could be the least bit practical, but I love it.

mustering the confidence to do my valve adjustment

I I'd consider leaving the half moons alone if they are still soft and pliable, with no apparent shrinkage below the gasket surface level since they're all sealed in. When you yank them out though they are much sturdier than you'd think because it's a rubber coating on a metal form. At least, I...

mustering the confidence to do my valve adjustment

Steve's spread sheet is the mystic hoodoo magic that allows me to do my valves. It also serves as a record of the last time my lazy asp last did the valves. Everything else is pretty straightforward and methodical once you get used to it. Well juggling shims around can be a little creative so...

Hmm Trevose is close to Philly, a little less than 2 hours from me. No one here in that area? I could totally hand deliver a batch of muffins if I knew where to bring them.

Outer banks, NC Trip next week

Don't forget the Wright Brothers Memorial in Kill Devil Hills, it's a historical MUST. A Junk Yard Dog at Captain Frank's in Kitty Hawk is also highly recommended, and Captain Frank (Yes it's a real guy) has a peanut shop in the little shop village next door. Roanoke Island has a nice aquarium...

    Building/equipping a workshop/garage.

I had a counterpoint teacher in college that talked just like Tom Bodett. It's pretty funny having someone who sounds like that explain the intricacies of writing a five voice fugue.
