Black wire In hand comes out of Wire harness, not sure where it was supposed to connect too, The starter relay already has a B/W connector, and if I ground this one It wont allow the starter to turn over...

Black with white tracer is ground. Attach loop to solid and clean ground point. Beware of the stock grounding points on that bike; some go to the rubber mounted battery box, or small flimsy brackets. You want a solid point.
Regarding wiring in general, be sure to download the factory manual off Basscliff's site.Ed

11 years ago my APE pods were half the cost of K&N, every bit as good looking and performing. No other brands that I know of offer acceptable performance. I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.
