Just got a nice little project bike with only 7k miles on it and the tires are probably the originals! The sizes are 90/90-19 and 110/90-17 and needless to say they need replacement.
After reading here and searching, those specific sizes are practically unobtainable, with 100/90-19 and 120/90-17 considered to be a good alternative. Still, with the rear I'm finding my choices limited with some suggesting using a front tire on the rear.
Can this bike/rim handle a 130/90-17? That would open up a lot more choices. Also, if I where to attempt to make these rims tubeless, any advice from someone who has made it work would be appreciated. TIA.
