There is a receiver on the arm that the hanger tongue slides into. That keeps the caliper from moving. It is free moving so you can adjust your chain slack. It doesn't bolt on.
Have a look above, you can see where I have machined the receiver and welded it to the bandit arm. the 93 gsxr caliper hanger slides into the slot and is held from spining when you hit the brake.
I have boxed below the tongue that slides intot the slot on the swingarm.
