DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Thanks, how is the motor coming along. I painter the jugs today with the new high heat flat metallic red paint. Sorta red, I like it. I will get a picture up tomorrow.
Looking good, can't wait to see it back together!:clap::clap:

This link is like crack! I can't stop coming back to it. Give me more! ;)

I'm waiting on the case sealer to come in the mail so I can put the bottom end back together. I got a valve spring compressor and made an adapter so I can take the head apart and start on that. The rest I've just gotta sand blast and paint.

I want to take my head apart to clean it and blast it before paint.

Some pictures of the painted jugs. Is is called fire red, not red but not orange. It does look a little more red in person. I think it will look sweet with the rest of the motor satin and gloss black.

Thats nice. I like the color. I wonder what a nice candy would look like over that?

Looks good, should be a good looking paint combo. Have you decided on a color for the tank and fender yet?

Have not really decided yet, but it will have to go good with this color on the motor.

That redish orange colour with black artwork would look pretty cool

Finally some progress to show. The rattle can paint job turned out pretty nice I think.

Looks excellent, great job!! Henryinva finally got strong competition :)
I also work on one gs bobber and if will look like this I will be very pleased.

Thanks guys. I decided the black frame was too much black and painted to match the motor.

Loving it bro! When and what campus did u go to Wyotech? I graduated from the Blairsville campus is 05. Hasnt done much for me yet

Hey KRS, Im thinkin black tins with that color pin would finish that off man. With the way you've got the motor busted up black and copper, or red, or whatever you call that color, it'd finish that off nicely!

My .02, for what its worth.

Black for sure. I think I may have actually found a metallic stripping paint to match. I am not sure if it will be satin or gloss black. The color is called fire red, but has a burnt orange look to it.
