All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Hi folks,,,,

Let me start by apologizing for not responding sooner to all your wonderful well wishes...I just haven't had much of a desire to talk or communicate with anyone! The infection in the back and having to reopen it bummed me out big-time ...........

If the truth is to be told I am having an almost impossible time dealing with the pain, injurious and complete lack of independence.
Feels like I got thrown into a hole and can't even get one toehold to start climbing out(can't seem to grab on anything positive.)

Thanks again for all of your thoughts.!

P.S. Sorry If I babbled a bit.

So sorry you are suffering Geo. Many are praying for you and anxious to hear from you. Hang in there and continue to keep us informed about your condition.

No.

Tell all.

Constant Pain is tough to deal with. A lot to endure. Hard to wait for improvement.

But do look for any improvement.

I can identify with your situation. I went through nearly 5 years with some of the most intense pain one should never endure and the lack of independence and no riding. I was depressed and gloomy everyday. What kept my hopes up? My bike was in storage just a door way from me. Kept telling myself, I'll be riding again soon. Once I had my surgeries, 90% of the pain went away, got my independence back and I'm riding like no tomorrow (or I try too lol). Hang in there, it could have been much worse.

Best wishes on your recovery. The body wants to heal, just keep your mind positive and it will happen. Please keep us posted.

Going through the experience you're going through is important to note...put your feelings about it here like folks have suggested. All inputs are great feedback even if there's no response. I've been very fortunate NOT having to deal with such realities but can empathize.

I hope you have all the support you need within your immediate family...I'm sure you do.

These machines we ride are a thing of wonder...outcomes are different for everyone. For now, I wish you positive thoughts on a successful recovery.

Geo how are you doing ? You haven't posted since October. Hopefully you are on the mend......

Do we have a member in Penn who could check on George? Hope he is okay and knows we are pulling for him.

So sorry I missed this thread Geo! We are all praying for you. Many people here care deeply about their brother, (YOU) !
Try and laugh at things. Best medicine. Can't loose your faith, hope and dreams either... THIS IS JUST A TEST!
tHE GREAT SPIRIT JUST WANTS TO SEE HOW TOUGH YOU ARE. So show him/her/it that you are tough! (I'd like to see it, also.)
We miss you and wish we could take the pain and depression away!!
Until later........................ Know you are loved!
Remember, you WERE left with your life... Please continue to be part of our lives.

Hmm Trevose is close to Philly, a little less than 2 hours from me. No one here in that area? I could totally hand deliver a batch of muffins if I knew where to bring them.

Thanks for bumping this thread Allie.
Hey Geo... Are you all right? You have many friends here who love you no matter what! We are all sending that love in our hearts, to you! I'm going a little crazy worrying about you. (I can use this as an excuse for my craziness for a while...) Seriously, we don't care what you decisions may be... We just want you to be OK. Collodial (sp) silver kills over 900 types of bacteria. Please be OK.... I'm sending my brainwaves to you, so maybe you'll catch some of those waves, and remember to post again. I know, you know, how much we really do care about you!!!

I just e-mailed him. HAS anyone tried that yet?.... Anyone know him well enough to have a phone number? I really like Geo and now am very worried about him. Perhaps we should try and find his house. I am still praying and sending good thoughts and intentions. I feel so bad for him. Many of us know what he's going through and are anxious to be a sort of emotional (even physical) help. May God watch over him.
Bummed out.............Gramma Peppermint
