A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

I have had a bad cold for the last 6 days and didn't get to take advantage of the nice weekend for riding. Later today the sun partially came out and the roads were dry, I was itching to get out, cold be damn, on the DR to try out the new tires...Really loving this bike.:)

No, I resisted...lol

That last shot is such a teaser!:D As if you were going to take it through that mud-hole and get it all dirty...;)

Funny thing about those little dual-sports, you find them to be so much fun that the big bikes get left in the garage a lot!

I think I know what you mean Glenn...I have a feeling I will be riding this bike more than the "older" Suzukis.

Rob, Roger and I went out on the DR's today...left in a little bit of rain..our idea was to take west Shawnigan and take the Renfrew road up to Renfrew...we didn't quite make it all the way before the snow and ice got to be too much. So we turned around and headed over to to ride on the Malahat...

That a stock Nissan going through a big mud hole....impressive. Tons of 4 wheel drive vehicles, and quads and a few side by sides. Funny,,,didn't see any other bikes...

Great day of riding...feet were soaked...wasn't crazy about getting home in the dark either...lol

Want to triple your money? We can't find those deals across the border :(

That's because I gave him the deal.:)
btw ..you know that 500 is around 250 us....:)

I can't figure out for the life of me why you guys aren't up here buying our old bikes with the way the dollar is?????????????

Is that the bike you got for free? Maybe now that you are a dirt rider you might part with one of your big bikes....

500 CDN=345.16 US today. I don't know how that happened, our money is backed by the full faith and credit of the US Government. And that ain't worth much. If you see a decent deal, let me know. I am looking for a 16 valve 1100\1150 with good bodywork, mechanical less important. Do your bikes have a US DOT sticker? Supposed to make it easier to import if it does.

Where else to look besides kijiji.ca?

Not sure about the dot. As for me selling any bikes... well I am likely to be selling my 81 1100e...my wife thinks I should sell it, so Im most likely going to ask too much for it so it doesn't sell.:p

AH, this boy will be easy pickins on The Diaper!! lol
Fred
Yeah, maybe I'll bring the 750 instead of the 1000 then. We can be the schoolyard bullies. Just kidding. Hey Trev, bring the black one. Gotta send GP (Gord) a pic of his old bike actually on a trip. Him and Cliff's Baja trip didnt go well. Tell you about at rally but he should have been on a Suzuki and not that Euro trash he bought.
