Not hardly. There are certain things, float bowls, jet blocks, slides, lack of fuel screw, but if you can't see these characteristics....
The intake/filter side of the carbs tell the truth.
The fuel needles were pretty bad. I think the pic was one of the medium ones. I think they have a few more miles in them though.
I take it as they worked for a long time to get in this condition. Just need to fix'em up a little and they should work like new again. Maybe I can grind them down with the dremil if I put them in the drill press.![]()
yea they look just like factory carbs that ive had on my kawi's
never got into them that much but real smooth bores had a lot of stuff done different than stock from what i remember
my kawi carbs were sweet thay had the accel pump on them
i would do some research on mic web site though
