    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Was not really sure where to post this but I thought someone in the New England area, might be interested in this. I belive it is in Kennebunk, Maine. If you are I can run up and take a look at it. Its only 30 min north.

LoL. I can't afford the two I have and the wife would kill me if I drove back home with a third.

Yea I saw that the other day while at work. Would love too but I only have time for one bike project :( Anyways... I have time the next few days I might take a trip to check it out... It's pretty close to me.

Oh come on Paul, sneak it home and take it apart.
She'll never notice the difference
:-$:-$:-$

You'd be hard pressed to turn a profit if that bike were free. Based on the seat, it's been sitting outside for about 10 years:-s At one time, a good looking little scoot:cool:.... another victim of someone who could not be bothered to keep it covered:(.

True she just might not notice. LoL. I could turn that one into the "John Deere" specail. lol.

Paul,

any updated pictures of the rest of your bike? Haven't seen it since the Wrenching Party

Here my project thread:http://www.thegsresources.com/_forum/showthread.php?t=156565

I actually recieved another 550L from one of our very gracious GSers here on the fourm and have gotten it running and cleaned up a little using parts from my old project bike. I am just waiting on a tire and turn signals to come in at Wilderness Motorsports. Then it should be on the road.

I didn't figure someone would but did not know if someone just wanted it for a project seeing at it was priced very low.

I should ask the wife anyways and see if she would let me get it.
