A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Just a quick tip, 20c (Aus) coins make really good preload spacers for the front forks.( Ok maybe a few Canadians can look )

What about Americans? I looked :)

Now what if the Canadian currency is not the same thickness as the Aussie stuff? Will that matter?

Ooops, I too a peek too. There's no 20c coin in Canada, but should be established just for this purpose

I agree!!! Make it like the "toonie" so that you can knock out the center and use it as a washer if needed :P :P

You know it is bad when you can make the part you need out of money for cheeper than it would cost you to buy the part.

What if you are French/Canadian...only 1/2 a peek??...or on the other hand, don't let them look as they don't want to be part of Canada anyways!!!! (did I say that?...doh!! :? )

The french wont look, they'll log off and run away.

i can look will look am looking, why? another aussie here.my gs 1100g has adjustable preload on the forks, not air forks.bought it like that and it rocks.old maties gs 850 with air forks sux hard, got him to ride my machine and he near shit himself at the handling benefits, that and the 11 makes his 850 feel like riding mine with one plug lead off. :D 8O

Guys, Guys, do I have a deal for you

Coincidentaly I was counting my money box this morning and do I have a big pile of 20c coins for you! No more saggy forks, no more soft suspension, don't update: uprate!

I figure we could do a deal here, a few quick calculations (20c x exchange rate + postage + handling + insurance + bribe customs =) yep about US$47 for the half dozen. You know you want them...

Step right up, step right up 8)

lmao  got a box of washers here that match the size of a 20 cent coin,so my spacers can be considered to be lightened for a sharper handling response.........wadayareckon?ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
