A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Hi guys and gals. Anyone with a blue and white Cooley? Looking for a few dimensions for the decals. Any help you can give would be much appreciated!

Measurements in mm are best, but I can convert as well. Measurements needed are as follows:

I saw in a previous thread that they will cost $40 a pair? Ted

Nope, not what I'm looking for. I'm doing an Aussie spec style clone. The red and white with the black, orange and white stripes. My decal guy has that version made already. I'm just helping him create the blue and white version and those are the last dimensions he needs to finish it.

Reproduction decals is in London, Ontario, only about an hour away from me, but Brian is just down the street and was willing to create the decal sets from pictures, measurements and info from all you lovely folks on the GSR. Reproduction decals doesn't have the Aussie version in their offering, and I didn't want to do the same blue/white one that everyone else has. It's a beautiful bike, but I like to be different.

Bump. Anyone?

Mr Rudy,

I have an Aust red and white S that could do with a freshen up but I have been nervous about the graphics. I'd be interested in buying a set off him if he feels up to making another one. Whaddyareckon?

I would also be interested in a set or 2 of the red and white australian gs1000st decals

Lol! Thanks guys! Bought a "new" house and don't have the net yet. Too much other stuff to do (renovations) before surfing the net, as much as I miss it. :(

I'm sure Brian would love to do up a few sets of decals for you guys. His company is Bdesigns. His website is http://www.bdesigns.ca. If you email him, he'll get back to you right away. Tell him I sent ya!

I still haven't picked my set up. I dropped by his house last night, but nobody home. He lives just around the corner from my new place, so hopefully tonight. I'll post up pics for you all to see. Even more after I get everything painted and beautiful.

Thank you for the great link Rudy. Im going to order a couple of sets as soon as funds allow. I notice he also does mirror restorations... Pity I lost my original st faring mirrors

Talked to Brian a bit last night. He said that a few people from Oz have contacted him asking about shipping costs. I'd suggest doing a group buy if there's more than a few of you looking to get stuff. Could save a few shekels.

Group buy for Oz?

Group buy for Oz?

I'll be in for a group buy if anyone else in Australia is interested.
