A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • This forum is for placing reviews for parts, accessories, gear and service as it relates to your GS motorcycle. The key here is "GS Related". There is a bit of latitude here but we don't want to see a review on Maytag washers just because that's what you use to clean your riding jacket in.

Keep your review as factual as possible and please refrain from personal attacks. Posted articles will be reviewed by the Editors and may be removed at their discretion.

So let's make this a useful addition to the forum! A special pat on the back goes to Hap Call for coming up with this great idea.

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Well It is pretty amazing to me that Ashley got back to me te following day.
I did up a small order Friday night and got an email requesting further details.

It was less than 5 or so hours. I even thing the email response may have been made in the wee hours of the morning.

So far impressive. It is nice to see a real appreciation of a customer.

Yes, I just ordered some OEM parts myself from Boulevard and got them at my door in 4 business days' turn-around: which is about as well as my local Suzuki dealer, at a much lower price. Boulevard currently has a couple of coupons for either 10% off or free shipping on orders of $100+. The free shipping one is probably only valid for U.S. purchasers I'd think.

Very happy with Boulevard...

Yeah not getting any response form these folks now.
Anyone ordered internationally from then leately?

I posted this on the 25th and its 3 weeks later with no updated invoice.

Woe is me.

I spoke to them this morning. Ashley isn't there today. I ordered 4 days ago, and wanted to add something. The order was not yet shipped as one of the parts hadn't arrived yet. They were very helpful in adding the item. Except they did rub in their wonderful Florida weather. Bastards ! I'm shipping to Pt. Roberts Wa. I'll let you know when it arrives. First order from them for me.

I had the same experience. Got a reply to my initial enquiry within 24 hours. I have sent numerous emails attempting an order confirmation but nothing back from Ashley since. My first email was on 31 Jan 12.

Mmmm K it is what happens when they drop the whole workload on one person.
I will email yet again.

I thought they hated Canadians or something.

Deland FLA My great-auntie lived there. I happily recall 744 West Pensylvania Ave and a place called Grannie's Pizza.

Hey it only too a full month for my order.....

it's all I'm going to say...

Why email ? It's an 866 number. It's free, and you know someone is going to answer the phone.

I just picked up my order from the post office today, total turn around time was about 3 weeks, Ashley was fast to respond to my emails, one part was back ordered ( couple of days delay ) but my order shipped fast. Then was held up by those tax grabbing bastages at customs for almost a week
Anyway great service from Boulevard and Ashley, i will order again from them. :)

I received my order 2 weeks after my phone call. There were a bunch of little things that would have to come from Suzuki. Plus I phoned a few days later to make an addition. Ashley wasn't there, but the gentleman who handled my order, remembered me and was very helpful. A good experience IMO., and I will buy from them again. Just don't expect a shipping confirmation from UPS.

I placed my second order with these folks late Sunday evening (10 June) and received confirmation today (14 June) that the order is shipped which included the UPS tracking number.

That's pretty decent, as I had emailed BS last week and had an autoreply that Ashley was out of the office until the 12th. I've been nothing but impressed with the service I've had through Boulevard to date

I ordered speedo and tach cables on the 13th, got a confirmation on the 19th, and the parts arrived today (20th).
One week from placing the order to getting my parts, and at great prices, is plenty good enough for me.
I'll gladly buy from them again in the future. Of course, I am in Florida too.

I'm keeping my powder dry for their next cyber sale. Unless I need the part immediately I think I can wait for the bargains!
I do this every year it seems.

I do believe Boulevard Suzuki is Deland Motorsports. Deland is a small town in central Florida, I've only been to the acutal shop once, a 40 minute drive from where I live. Someday I got to go out there and meet Ashley.

Yes,

The BS we are speaking of is in fact represented by Deland Motorsports (or v.v.), where you'll find our good friend Ashley at the counter.

Perhaps Ashley can fill us in on the relationship.

I usually order over the phone and have my parts list and numbers all set to go for them. Since i do this often for most of my bikes, theve gotten to recognise me..so to speak. Anyways, today i ordered the needed gaskets for the 73 TX750 petcocks and a cylinder head cover gasket. On the site youll see two prices posted. The left ones are the regular prices and the right ones are the prices if you order online. The guy at the parts counter today said this..since you do all the work and have things all set when you call, I am gonna give you the discounted online prices for all these parts.. total came to just over 55 bucks with the shipping. This method of a bit of ahead planning and a call might save you some cash if you dont like to give card info over the hackers freeway.
