I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

I had ordered some parts from Boulevard Suzuki and received them in good time, though when I opened my package I saw one of the parts was wrong, it had been mislabeled with the wrong part#. I called their toll free # and talked to them. They treated me very good and sent the correct part out with no problems or cost to me. It was a $5 gasket and said not to worry about and do want ever I wanted with the wrong part. I offered to send it back at my cost and they said naw it's not worth worrying about. A big A+++ to these guys. So if anyone needs a breather gasket, I'll have it listed in the Parts for Sale forum soon, and no I have no clue what bike it fits.

They have done the same for me in the past; always willing to work out issues with orders, and have gone beyond what I would call excellent service.

I recently placed and received an order, but one part I ordered was missing. I called yesterday and am waiting to hear back from them.
The guy I talked with seemed overwhelmed and Ashley is now gone.
Hopefully I'll get this reconciled soon. My gut feeling is I'll have to call back.

So much for gut feelings, I never had to call back, the missing part just showed up on my doorstep two days later after I called them. Lucky Me!
And thanks to Brent who took my inquiring call and said he'd look for it.

The service is still pretty good. I ordered a new wiring harness for my 80 1000G last week, figured I'd better get one now before they become impossible to get. They called me yesterday and said it will ship Tomorrow.

I just recently placed my first order with them. Their nonlinear updates weren't great but their prices and delivery time were very good I thought. Took me about a week and a half to get my parts. Id ordered some odds and ends like rubber cushions and a few screws. Something that most places wouldn't keep in stock. I thought the turn around was great!

So what happened to Ashley.?

Me too, 2 email orders sent during the special and no reply. I then ordered through Partshark and received my parts in 5 days..........unbl**dy believable.

How did you find the pricing and shipping vs. Boulevard Greg? I'd love to find an alternative in case Boulevard doesn't work out next time I'm looking for parts.

I need to do something about my gearshift lever but don't want to take it off the road long enough to sleeve it...

Pete, pricing slightly higher with Partshark, shipping about the same. I waited until I needed a few parts before ordering. But you can order straight off the web site instead of going through numerous emails.

I have found another parts company in the States called PowersportsPlus.com I have not used them as yet but there parts prices seem about the same but shipping costs look the cheapest.

I have not heard anyone having problems with powersportplus, now would be a good time to let us know.

Cheers Greg, good to know.

I did see someone on here mention Powersportsplus in passing a little while back and reporting a good experience, but that's about it.

I recommended powersportsplus as most of their item slightly cheaper & you can choose fast (expensive) or slow (cheap) shipping. I've order most part for my gs550 & my friend RF600 with no problem :). Tracking no. provided & pack nicely.

Thanks for the feedback, good to know there's alternatives out there if Boulevard goes pear shaped.

I'm beginning to wonder about Boulevard. I placed a large (40+ items) order on October 23. I went with them since they were within a couple of dollars of Powersports Plus, and their parts manager Ashley is a member here.

I got the confirmation, and a follow-up inquiry email from them on 11-2, and then one on 11-3 saying everything was in and they were waiting for UPS to pick it up. Seeing as how I'm all of 200 miles away from them and in the same state, UPS is usually a 2 day event.

I'm figuring they are still in business, as I just got a sales ad email from them today.

Over the past couple of days, I've sent an email and a PM to Ashley, and am waiting for a reply.

Ashley is no longer there. The last invoice I received not long ago has a
Jarred Cuddy as handling the order.
I sent off 3 and received two E-mails from them today, but it was Nate Stickney whom I received them, he's the General Manager there.
I do believe when you order parts, they don't have them in stock but go out and request them from a Suzuki distributor, when they come in then they sort through them and send them out. If you need a part in a hurry, well you might have to go elsewhere. I have had a couple of instances where my order got fowled up but they always fixed them.

Good to know. Powersports Plus (PSP) for future business & the win. It's understandable Boulevard doesn't stock parts for a 20 year old bike, but the email of 11-3 indicated everything was in- it was from Brent in logistics. I've never had this type of problem with PSP. While I was not in a hurry to get them, this delay is now affecting me being able to move forward on my project.

I called them today and spoke to Brent. He said it had been shipped yesterday (see below), and that when he was "blasting" the order he realized one emblem was missing. That arrived this week. He said the email with the tracking # had gone out. I rechecked my email and the last one I got from them after his 11-3 email was the sales email for black Friday. I got the tracking # from him.

After I hung up, I put the tracking # in and it shows as shipment label being created, with today's date. What this means is UPS does not have it, so it was not shipped yesterday.

This place has gone downhill since Ashley left. I will avoid it until someone local can advise the problems have been worked out.

"Blast" was a communications program for transferring orders from local terminals to a VAX.

I have not used or heard of it in years. If they are communicating using an ancient mainframe and a dumb terminal then its likely a learning curve for the poor new guy.
