    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Has anybody experienced delays in shipping and a lack of communication from Burks?
I ordered some parts approx 5 weeks ago and i havent seen anything yet, this is not so bad as i am in Australia(although some companies have products shipped here in under 10 days).
My main concern is that all the emails i have sent have gone unanswered.
I just want to know if this is normal, do they usually take a while to ship?
 
File with PAYPAL as soon as you can.

There are similar posts on the KZRider web site and the Honda SOHC web site complaining about him.

We have been trying to reach Burk as well. We used to buy bolt sets off Burk. Earlier this year we purchased the polishing equipment, database information and fastener inventory to assemble the bolt sets ourselves. As part of the arrangement, Burk was to continue selling bolt sets on his web site www.westcoastmc.com. We were to supply Burk with the bolt sets in a drop-ship arrangement.

We have not heard anything from Burk in 5+ weeks. We have not seen any orders from him for 5+ weeks. ...and he owes us money for about 6 weeks worth of shipments we made to his customers that he's not paid us for.

I ordered the SS bolt kit for my '79 this winter. It took a little while (2-3wks) before i received my kit. I don't recall having any complaints.

I was concerned about posting this and tarnishing someones name, but there is another post on here now about the same situation.
I hope this will all be resolved well, but i am holding my breath.
