A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Hello all, I Have some questions. first off thanks to everyone here who put out such awsome info (PDF files rebuild and service man.) I'm planning a carb rebuild this winter and was wondering if putting the dynojet stage 3 in. Is worth it? I bought the bike with pod filter already on it and I don't think it has been jetted. which brings me to my next question, how can I tell if it has been? Last question, I dont see piolt jets in the kit are they needed? if so what size and were can i buy them? Thanks in advance.

If it runs its been rejetted. Has it been jetted right? That's another question entirely. The dynojet kits are a known commodity. Put the right kit in for the mods you have and it will work.

That would make sense if they haven't been jetted. Good time to do a complete strip and dip before you put the stage 3 kit in.

was kinda my thinking too. do you know if i'll need new/bigger pilot jets?

alright sounds like a done deal then. I'll post another thread if I run into a head scratcher when i'm done. Should be no prob. as I fix cars for a living and have a dipper and manometer, but so far that thinking has proven..well wrong. thanks again all.
