Well, I was riding along when Colorado decided to unload it's yearly supply of sky water onto me. (Colorado thunderstorms tend to be sudden and thourough...)
I put on my rain gear, but found that my gloves slipped too much on my worn handgrips. It was a bit chilly for barehands, and some of that rain stung like hell.
I pulled over to a store and grabbed some rubber bands. You know, the tan colored thick ones. After wrapping them around the grips a few times, no more slipping!
Simple one, but maybe handy for some of you.
Now I'm off to get some new grips.
